Scott Alexander’s Yummy Yum Yum NUTRITIOUS Breakfast Power Vegan Chocolate Banana Shake

I have these for breakfast, but there’s no reason why not to have it any other time. Its way better than some smoothie, you’ll swear it has ice cream in it!

Slice:

2 bananas ripened to your preference, maybe a little more, maybe a little less.

Put them in a contaner and FREEZE THEM at least overnight.

Blend with:

1 ½ cups of chocolate soymilk

1 tablespoon of peanut butter

DRINK IT! While listening to Scott Alexander music and tell me what you think!

Variations:

Nix the peanut butter and put in fresh or frozen strawberries

Use vanilla soymilk or almond milk and add some nutmeg, peaches, whateva you got!
