Yummy Yum Yum NUTRITIOUS Breakfast Power Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Shake

 

I have these for breakfast, but there’s no reason why not to have it any other time. It's way better than some smoothie, you’ll swear it has ice cream in it!

Slice:

2 bananas ripened to your preference, maybe a little more, maybe a little less. Measuring is not so important.

Put them in a container and FREEZE THEM at least overnight. If you place the slices on their sides they won’t stick as much.

Blend with:

1 ½ cups of chocolate soymilk or rice, almond, or hazelnut milk.

1 tablespoon of peanut butter

CAUTION: I have ruined many a blender making this delicacy. If you don’t want to fork over for a very expensive blender, use a very cheap one, and keep your warranty info!

Variations:

Nix the peanut butter and put in fresh or frozen strawberries

Use vanilla soymilk or almond milk and add some nutmeg, peaches, whateva you got!
